lying awake
cannot sleep
how in the world
can it cut so deep

feeling guilty
ashamed am i
living dirty
hear my cries

cutting ties
is hard to do
over the top
and now im through

crying to sleep
crying to wake
all of my life

to those who weep
to those who care
to those who know
whats really out there
